In addition, the rapid growth of the UAS industry offers economic opportunities that could be exploited to drive innovation and growth, but such opportunities are not being fully realized due to a lack of coordinated planning and investment.<\/p>\n<h5>What is the object of the project ?<\/h5>\n<p>The Ministry of Digital Governance and the General Secretariat of Telecommunications and Post are focusing on the development of a comprehensive national strategy for the use of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UASs) and the establishment of a clear and coherent framework for their safe, responsible and regulated integration into the national airspace. In order to achieve these objectives, the national strategy for UASs shall build on a multifaceted approach which includes the following key components:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regulatory framework<\/li>\n<li>Research and development<\/li>\n<li>Development of the respective industry<\/li>\n<li>International cooperation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In particular, the object of the project includes:<\/p>\n<p>Phase 1: The evaluation and examination of existing structures and practices in the light of the national strategy for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UASs).<\/p>\n<p>Phase 2: The provision of scientific and technical support services and the provision of recommendations for operational and organizational changes deemed necessary for the successful implementation of the
