In particular, the following pillars are worth mentioning:<\/li>\n<li>Strengthening of the digital footprint of services: Either directly by activating various digital documents or indirectly by providing digital services that can be used by bodies in the public or private sector, the transformation of the State apparatus is strengthened, with the aim of improving the offer of user-friendly digital services focused on the needs of citizens and businesses.<\/li>\n<li>One app, many features: Gov.gr Wallet is transformed from a simple ID and driver\u2019s license app into a multifunctional app that covers its original purpose, i.e. maintaining a digital dossier of digital documents, but it is also expanding by enabling advanced forms of interaction with public or private organizations in an easy manner.<\/li>\n<li>Ease of use: A key condition for the wide use of the app by all citizens is its ease of use.
