The object of the project concerns the provision of support-maintenance services and SLA (Service Level Agreement) services for twenty four (24) months, in order to ensure the smooth, proper and optimal operation of the Equipment & Read-To-Use Software and the applications, the projects of the National Criminal Records and the Integrated System for the Management of Civil and Criminal Procedure Cases \u2013 OSDDY-PP, as well as the Equipment & Ready-To-Use Software of the OSDDY-PP Phase I project.<\/p>\n
In particular, the object of the project concerns the implementation of the following actions:<\/p>\n
