The object of the project consists in the expansion of the functionality, through the implementation of new subsystems and the implementation of targeted upgrading actions, of the current digital platform intended to support the granting of the financial aid under the \u201cTourism for All 2024\u201d Program, to natural persons that meet the requirements set out in the relevant legal provision, the joint ministerial decision provided for therein and the relevant call, after they apply online and after they are selected by a draw.<\/p>\n
The services of the Contractor are aimed at (A) the expanded functionality of the system by adding new subsystems and interfaces and (B) the smooth operation of the Program as a whole, by providing broad technical support for individual fields such as:<\/p>\n
(1) continuous protection of the system in terms of cybersecurity, so that it is possible to tackle cyber attacks using up-to-date means and techniques, in order to avoid breach, loss of data or suspension of the operation of the infrastructure;<\/p>\n
(2) technical check and upgrading of the current payment system, including up-to-date records to banks. It is noted that general technical support for the processing of payments will be an integral part of this action until the end of the program.<\/p>\n
After submission of applications, citizens can, through the updated, upgraded and configured digital platform, check the status of their application and send supporting documents up to the date specified in the relevant Call of IS SMSA, provided that they fall under a special category of beneficiaries which requires so, after the draw.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
