It will consist of 112 Next Generation Call Management software, IP-PBX call center, Geographic Information System software and geographic data, and will enable 1st (PSAP-1) and second (PSAP-2) level callers to make calls voice, video and Real-Time Text (RTT) with all citizens, including people with disabilities, communicate via SMS, download eCall data and use simultaneous geo-tracking, where possible.<\/p>\n<p>The system will be installed on an Active-Active layout in the two existing Data Centers of the Ministry of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection and in the corresponding equipment infrastructure using virtualization\/containerization techniques to facilitate flexibility and resource management. At the same time, the system will be Cloud-ready for future transfer to Government Cloud infrastructure.
